You have more experience than you think
Many first time job seekers believe they have nothing to write. That is rarely true. If you have helped in a family shop, delivered things for neighbours, looked after a younger sibling, joined a school event or fixed a friend's phone, you have done real work. The skill is in noticing it and describing it in a sentence or two.
Start with a simple list
Take a paper and write down everything you have done in the last few years, even small things.
- Helping at a relative's shop or stall
- Part time or festival season work
- Looking after the house or younger children
- Volunteering at school or in the neighbourhood
- Learning a skill such as driving, stitching, basic computer or mobile repair
Now look at the list. Each item shows a habit: patience, honesty, speed, care. These are the things employers want.
Turn each item into a short line
Instead of writing "helped in shop", write what you really did. For example: "Handled the counter for a few hours daily, gave change and kept the stock tidy." This is honest, short and clear. It tells the reader that you can be trusted with money and with goods.
Write about your strengths and your availability
After the work lines, add a short note on what you can do and when. For example: "Can work day or night shift, can reach on time, willing to learn." Employers hiring for frontline jobs often look at availability first, so be specific about your area and your timing.
Put your education and skills in order
Write the last exam you passed, the year and the board or school. Then list the skills you actually have. If you can use a phone for apps and messages, say so. If you know two languages, name them. If you can ride a two wheeler, mention the licence. Do not add anything you cannot show, because you may be asked about it.
Keep it honest and neat
Never invent a company or a job. Recruiters check, and a false claim ends the chat instantly. Use clean spelling, one font and a clear photo. Short sentences work better than long ones.
A sample you can copy in your own words
Name, area, phone number. Education: last exam passed with the year. Work: helped in a family shop for two years, handled the counter, kept stock tidy, arrived before opening. Skills: can ride a two wheeler, can use a phone for messages and maps, speaks Hindi and one local language. Availability: can join immediately, day or night shift. Replace each line with your own facts, and keep it to what is true.
Mistakes to avoid
Do not copy a stranger's resume word for word, because the recruiter may have seen it before. Do not write a long story about your life. Do not leave your phone number out. And do not forget to keep the same details everywhere, since a mismatch between your profile and your papers makes people doubt you.
Where to put this
Use the same text on your profile on the app and, if you make a paper resume, on one page. Update it every few months as you learn new things. Your first job will add a real line, and from then on your history keeps growing.

Before you go
Never pay anyone for a job, an interview or a uniform. Details such as pay, shift and place can change, so confirm them with the employer before you join.
Common questions
Can I get a job without any experience?
Yes. Many frontline jobs are open to freshers and train in the first days. Show that you are punctual, honest and ready to learn, and mention your area and your timing clearly.
Should I write that I am a fresher?
Yes, honestly. Pair it with your strengths and what you have already done in small ways. Employers respect honesty more than a long list of weak claims.
How long should my work history be?
Keep it short. Three to five lines are enough for a first profile. Clear lines are read; long paragraphs are skipped.
Do I need a resume for every job?
For most frontline jobs a clear profile is enough, though some employers like a one page paper copy. Keep both ready in the same wording.
