About these terms
These terms govern your use of the website, associate app and recruiter platform operated by Chalo Kaam Pe (“ChaloKaamPe”). By using the Services you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
ChaloKaamPe provides technology for job discovery, applications, candidate sourcing, recruiter workflows and related support. Unless expressly stated for a specific engagement, ChaloKaamPe is not the employer of an associate and does not guarantee selection, employment, attendance, salary payment, retention, performance or the conduct of another user.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Recruiters must be authorised to hire on behalf of the business they represent.
Accounts
Keep your login details and OTPs confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at support@chalokaampe.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
For associates
- ChaloKaamPe does not charge associates a registration or application fee for applying through the platform. Report anyone demanding a ChaloKaamPe application or agent fee.
- Provide accurate information in your profile.
- You decide which opportunities to apply for. Verify pay, shift and location with the recruiter before joining.
For recruiters
- Post only genuine requirements with accurate role, pay, shift and location details.
- Do not demand prohibited candidate payments, including registration, interview, onboarding or agent fees as a condition of applying through ChaloKaamPe. Any lawful employment-related deduction remains the employer’s responsibility to disclose and handle in accordance with law.
- Use unlocked contact details only to discuss the relevant employment opportunity. Do not share, sell or use them for marketing.
- Comply with applicable labour, employment and anti-discrimination laws.
- Cooperate with account reviews and provide business information on request. GST verification is recommended where applicable; legitimate businesses that are not GST-registered may still be permitted to use ChaloKaamPe subject to the limits and verification rules shown in their account.
Wallet, plans and payments
Recruiter accounts may receive free allowances and may use Wallet balance, paid plans or other clearly disclosed paid benefits for eligible hiring actions. The live price, tax treatment, validity, included benefits, renewal setting and applicable refund/cancellation information shown in the recruiter workspace or checkout form part of the relevant purchase terms.
Prohibited conduct
- Posting fake, misleading or discriminatory requirements.
- Harassing, threatening or defrauding any user.
- Scraping, copying or bulk-downloading data from the Services.
- Attempting to bypass security, unlocking or payment mechanisms.
- Impersonating ChaloKaamPe or any other person or business.
Content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of content you submit and grant ChaloKaamPe a licence to host and display it to operate the Services. The ChaloKaamPe name, logo, software and design are our property and may not be used without permission.
Disclaimers
Job, candidate and employer information may originate from users or connected systems. ChaloKaamPe uses verification, moderation, access and fraud controls but cannot guarantee that every statement, candidate outcome or third-party service is error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ChaloKaamPe is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses or for the independent acts of users. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict features, suspend sessions or accounts, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, non-payment, misuse of contact details, prohibited fee demands, legal compliance or material policy violations. Users may request account closure or deletion through the available platform or support channels, subject to applicable retention requirements.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through the platform support/grievance process. Any mandatory statutory forum or consumer right remains unaffected.
