Clear rules for a trusted marketplace
The responsibilities, safeguards and conditions that apply across ChaloKaamPe.
Terms of Use
Last updated: 25 July 2026. By creating an account, posting a job, using recruiter tools or applying through ChaloKaamPe, you agree to these terms.
1. Platform role
ChaloKaamPe provides technology for job discovery, candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, joining, retention and related recruiter workflows. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific engagement, ChaloKaamPe is not the candidate's employer and does not guarantee selection, employment, attendance, retention, salary payment or performance by either party.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Candidate job accounts are intended for people aged 18 or older. Users must provide accurate information, keep OTPs/PINs confidential and use only accounts they are authorised to access. Company owners are responsible for access granted to recruiters, agencies, team members and integrations under their workspace.
3. Free access for candidates
ChaloKaamPe does not charge candidates a registration fee or agent fee for applying to jobs through the platform. Employers, recruiters and agencies must not represent a platform fee as a mandatory candidate payment. Suspected payment demands or fake jobs should be reported through the fraud-reporting channel.
4. Employer and recruiter responsibilities
- Post truthful job title, location, salary/in-hand/gross information, shifts, incentives, weekly off, benefits and material working conditions.
- Use candidate information only for legitimate hiring, staffing and employment-related purposes and only within authorised access.
- Respect communication consent, contact limits, platform anti-spam controls and applicable telecom requirements.
- Do not discriminate unlawfully, harass candidates, request prohibited payments, impersonate another company, or create misleading vacancies.
- Keep hiring stages, interview results, joining outcomes and recruiter ownership records reasonably accurate.
5. Candidate responsibilities
Candidates should provide truthful profile and application information, attend confirmed interviews/joinings or communicate changes promptly, avoid duplicate/fraudulent accounts, and upload verification documents only through approved platform flows.
6. KYC and verification
Identity or document verification may be requested when required for selection, joining, fraud prevention or a verified employer workflow. Verification is not a guarantee of employability or identity beyond the scope of the check performed. ChaloKaamPe may reject, pause or manually review inconsistent or suspicious records.
7. AI and automation
AI matching, screening, joining-probability signals, voice assistants and automation are decision-support tools. Scores and labels are estimates based on available data, not guarantees. Employers and recruiters remain responsible for lawful and fair hiring decisions and should review material outcomes before acting.
8. Communications
OTP and transactional messages may be sent for account security and hiring activity. SMS, WhatsApp, voice or other communications must be used in accordance with platform permissions, user choices and applicable law. Automated or bulk outreach must not be used for spam, harassment or unrelated marketing.
9. Paid employer features
Some employer/recruiter modules may be paid, usage-based or subject to plan limits. Pricing, credits, taxes, refunds, renewals and invoice terms shown in the relevant order or subscription flow form part of these Terms. Candidate application access remains subject to the no-candidate-fee rule described above.
10. Third-party services and integrations
The platform may connect with telephony, messaging, payment, ATS, HRMS, payroll, maps or other providers. Those services may have their own terms, availability and processing practices. A connection status does not mean ChaloKaamPe controls the third-party service.
11. Prohibited use
Users must not scrape or resell candidate databases, bypass contact masking or plan limits, share credentials, upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with platform security, send unlawful bulk communication, create fake applications/jobs, or use data for purposes unrelated to authorised hiring. See the Acceptable Use & Safety Policy.
12. Moderation, suspension and termination
ChaloKaamPe may restrict content, suspend modules, revoke sessions, block an account or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, legal compliance, non-payment, abusive behaviour, repeated policy violations or material risk to candidates or employers. Where appropriate, records may be retained for audit or dispute purposes.
13. Availability and maintenance
The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, provider outages, security incidents or events outside reasonable control. Admin may selectively keep approved candidate, recruiter or employer systems available during planned maintenance.
14. Intellectual property
The ChaloKaamPe software, interface, branding and platform-created materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Users retain rights in content they lawfully submit but grant the platform the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process and display that content for the service.
15. Disclaimer and limitation
Job, candidate and employer information may originate from users or connected systems. ChaloKaamPe uses verification, moderation and fraud controls but cannot guarantee that every statement, candidate outcome or third-party service is error-free. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to losses directly caused by a breach for which the platform is legally responsible; nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through the platform's support/grievance process. Any mandatory statutory forum or consumer right remains unaffected.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service, modules or law changes. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; material changes may require additional notice or consent.
