Last updated: 25 July 2026. This policy explains how ChaloKaamPe collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when candidates, recruiters, agencies and employers use the platform.

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to the ChaloKaamPe website, Candidate/Associate App, Recruiter Portal, recruiter PWA, employer workspace, white-label client domains and related support, communication, screening, joining and retention workflows.

2. Information we may collect

• Account information: name, mobile number, login/security information, language and account role.
• Candidate profile: city/area, work experience, preferred role, salary expectations, shift/location preferences, availability, skills and job applications.
• Recruitment activity: screening answers, interview schedules, recruiter notes, application stages, joining confirmations, no-show/retention outcomes and communication history.
• Verification information: identity/KYC and employment documents only when the workflow requires them, generally after selection or joining. We aim to minimise storage of source documents.
• Company information: employer/recruiter identity, company details, verification records, team access, jobs, subscriptions, billing and integration configuration.
• Device and security information: IP address, browser/device data, session identifiers, abuse/rate-limit events, audit logs and security events.
• Communication preferences and consent: SMS, WhatsApp and voice contact permissions, consent source/time and opt-out or revocation records.

3. Why we use personal data

We use data to create and secure accounts; show relevant jobs and candidate supply; process applications; screen and schedule candidates; manage joining and retention; provide support; prevent fraud and abuse; operate billing and integrations; improve platform performance; maintain audit records; and meet legal or regulatory requirements.

4. AI-assisted matching and screening

ChaloKaamPe may use explainable matching, joining-probability signals, automated screening or AI voice workflows to help recruiters prioritise candidates. Signals may include role fit, location, salary/shift preference, availability, response history, document readiness and prior platform outcomes. These tools assist recruitment workflows; they should not be used to make unlawful or discriminatory decisions. Recruiters remain responsible for employment decisions.

5. When information is shared

Candidate information may be shared with a verified employer, agency or authorised recruiter when required for a job application, hiring workflow or other permitted purpose. Contact details may remain masked until platform rules allow access. We may also use vetted service providers for hosting, communications, security, payments, analytics or verification. Information may be disclosed where required by law, court order or competent authority.

6. White-label client domains

A company may use a whitelisted custom domain and branding while the underlying service is provided through ChaloKaamPe. The company may independently control some recruitment information and may have its own privacy obligations. The client should provide any additional notice required for its processing.

7. SMS, WhatsApp and voice communications

We may send OTPs, application updates, interview reminders, joining confirmations and other recruitment communications using the channels you have requested, consented to, or that are otherwise permitted for the relevant transaction or service. Marketing/promotional communication is subject to applicable consent and telecom rules. You can withdraw optional communication consent or update channel preferences where the platform provides that control.

8. Cookies and device sessions

We use essential cookies or equivalent device/session storage for authentication, security, language, preferences and fraud prevention. See the Cookie Policy for more information.

9. Retention and deletion

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the hiring workflow, account operation, security, dispute prevention, legal obligations and legitimate record-keeping. Some records may be retained after account deletion where required by law, necessary to prevent fraud, or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Verification source files may follow a shorter retention period than verification results.

10. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law and the status of relevant legal provisions, you may request information about your personal data, correction, completion or updating of inaccurate data, erasure where appropriate, withdrawal of consent, and grievance redressal. You may also have other rights provided by applicable Indian data-protection law. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.

11. Security

We use access controls, tenant isolation, encrypted secrets, server-side sessions, rate limits, audit logs and other safeguards intended to protect platform data. No internet service is completely risk-free; please protect your PIN/OTP and report suspected account misuse immediately.

12. Children

ChaloKaamPe frontline-job accounts are intended for adults aged 18 or older. Accounts identified as underage may be blocked from hiring workflows.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the platform, legal requirements or processing practices change. A revised date will be displayed on this page, and material changes may be communicated through the platform where appropriate.
