What does it cost to use ChaloKaamPe?
Your recruiter workspace shows the starter allowance and Wallet balance available to you before a paid action. Candidate previews do not consume an unlock; contact access follows the starter allowance or Wallet rule shown in your account.
What happens when I unlock a candidate?
The recruiter workspace provides the permitted contact access for that candidate, subject to the account and unlock rules shown at the time. You can then contact the candidate directly for the relevant hiring purpose.
What kinds of roles can I hire for?
Frontline roles — warehouse, delivery, retail, field sales, telecalling, customer support, facility and technical roles, and similar.
Can I charge candidates a platform or agent fee?
No. Recruiters must not demand a registration, interview, onboarding or agent fee as a condition of applying through ChaloKaamPe. Violations can lead to contact restrictions, suspension or account removal under the platform rules.
Do you verify recruiters?
Recruiter and company verification controls apply before full hiring access. GST verification is strongly recommended where applicable for billing and stronger business verification, but legitimate non-GST recruiters are not blocked solely because GST is unavailable.
Can I sign up if my business does not have GST?
Yes. ChaloKaamPe does not block a legitimate recruiter solely because GST is unavailable. GST verification is still strongly recommended. Your live starter allowance, Wallet balance and unlock rules are shown in the recruiter workspace and remain the source of truth.
