Acceptable Use & Safety Policy
ChaloKaamPe is designed for legitimate hiring. The following rules protect candidates, recruiters, employers and the platform.
Never charge candidates through the platform
Do not demand registration, interview, onboarding or agent fees from candidates as a condition of applying through ChaloKaamPe. Legitimate statutory or employment-related deductions must be disclosed by the employer and handled lawfully.
No fake or misleading jobs
Job location, salary, shift, role, vacancies, company identity, benefits and joining conditions must be truthful and kept current. Do not post jobs solely to collect personal information.
No unauthorised candidate data use
Do not scrape, export, resell, share, enrich or contact candidate data outside authorised hiring purposes. Do not bypass masked contact details, consent controls, tenant isolation, usage limits or access permissions.
No spam or harassment
Automated SMS, WhatsApp, voice and calling tools must respect consent, contact preferences, campaign limits and applicable telecom requirements. Repeated unwanted contact, threats, abuse and discriminatory conduct are prohibited.
No manipulation or fraud
Do not create fake candidates, fake recruiters, duplicate applications for manipulation, false joining records, false attendance/retention outcomes, fabricated KYC or fraudulent payout claims.
No security abuse
Do not probe or exploit vulnerabilities, upload malicious files, attempt to access another tenant, defeat rate limits, steal sessions, share admin/recruiter credentials, or use the service to distribute malware or unlawful content.
AI and automation use
Do not configure AI screening or scoring to make unlawful discriminatory decisions or to infer sensitive traits that are not necessary for a legitimate hiring workflow. Human review should be used for consequential decisions and exceptions.
Enforcement
Violations may result in content removal, feature deactivation, contact restrictions, session revocation, account suspension, investigation, preservation of audit evidence or reporting to appropriate authorities where required.
